Hello,
Please Can someone help.
My son's MN1 letter approval received but we have not received his certificate yet
I did not do JCAP as the Council said they were not offering that
What do I do now? How do I get the certificate or do I go ahead and apply for his passport
Please can someone reply urgently as I have book citizenship ceremony for me and my spouse

Most of the time both arrive together. If approval letter does not say they are posting it separately then you must write/call them at the earliest.
You can't apply for your son's passport without registration certificate. However, you can go ahead with ceremony for yourself and your wife without his certificate as that's not a requirement.

Thanks for your prompt reply
Should I wait a little or contact them immediately
As we did with NCS....Can the NCS issue the certificate or not?

TO be honest I haven't heard NCS issuing registration certificate. However, you shouldn't delay at all and contact them at the earliest.

What I received for my son is a Citizenship invitation from Department 72
Is this a mistake?

Citizenship invitation and MN1 approval are not same.
MN1 is for registration and ceremony for naturalised citizens.
Must be mistake.

Did you only apply for the child or did the whole family or a parent also apply?
