Applying British Passport

Hi there ,
I received 3 point speeding camera with code: RR84061
Date: 02/01/18
Conditional offer of fixed penalty:
If I accepted this offer I would pay 100 pounds and send them my driving licence to have 3 points on it and not going to the court, so I have done that and now have 3 speeding camera penalty points.
I am just wondering if it does affect my British application?
