Is it normal to recieve back further documents that requested from citizenship within time limit given. Is like today was the last day. I called to ask if they recieve the documents, because i can see online that they deliver at the very next day. They advice me that may be my case worker is certify with the copy and decide to return back the original.

They requested additional documents?
You sent them within the time specified, as confirmed by Royal Mail online tracking?
Keep a copy of that receipt confirmation!
As you know they (HO) are not keeping you informed about progress. Calling them is not productive as you talk to a call centre operative who has no access to any case details. But at least you have proof of receipt for chasing later.

Hello all.
I recieve a refusal letter it seem like the document send has not been sent to the case worker.
I did not send any letter to reply the letter to the case worker just a document requested and i wrote reference number outside the envolope with the address.
Do you think that they could not find my case and decided to send the document back to me?
The document it self has my name date of birth and address.

What is a reason of refusal?
