Acknowledgement email for only one partner

I and my wife applied for naturalisation through NCS (paper form) on 08.05.18.
The NCS lady said she was going to send it jointly in one envelope as a joint application.
I got an acknowledgment email today with a case ID.
But my wife didn't receive the acknowledgment email.
Should we be concerned thinking the HO have only noted one application in the envelope??
