Hi all, I am hoping to do a Subject Access Request and one of the questions is:

Explain the type of information you need and why you need it.
This will help us make sure we give you the right records.

I was wondering if someone done a Subject Access Request recently and if there's a template / best practise I could use?

I'm not sure what type of information I want but essentially everything they hold on my record? To shed some light on why my naturalisation application has been delayed so much?

Any help / advice will be very much appreciated.

So just write "All records held" or something like that. It is not so cruicial.
