BC Supporting Documents (National Insurance Contribution)

All,

I would like to ask about the list of the supporting documents shown in AN form. Section 10 requires applicant to provide P60s, employment letters and/or payslips. This is to prove NI contributions.

(1) I only have copies (not originals) of P60s and P45 as these are sent by emails. Would copies be ok? I am assuming yes

(2) I am managed to find most of payslips, P60s of my previous employments but I do not have employment letters. Are these necessary?

Thank you for your help

S

1. Yes, copies are acceptable

2. Your P60's will do without employment letter.

Am I wrong in thinking that you only had to give this info if you were self employed? I thought if you used PAYE, no further docs were required. No?

The documents can also be required as supporting documents for EEA nationals to meet the residency requirement.

P60, payslips only requirement for EEA nationals.

BC Application PCN declaration and physical presence in UK

All,

Sorry if the questions are redundant.

I am applying for naturalization (through NCS) on the 31st of July 2018 (exactly one year after receiving ILR i.e., 31st of July 2017).

(1) Physical presence in the UK 5 years ago: I traveled 5 years ago-departure date the 2nd of August and return the 18th of August 2013. Assuming the HO receives the application before the 3rd of Aug 2018 (as I was physically present in the UK on the 2nd of August 2013), it should still be ok?

(2) Penalty Charge Notice: I had a scooter in the past and had 4 PCNs in 2014/2015/2016 which I have all paid within 2 weeks. I don't remember the exact dates of those PCNs. Do I have to declare them? PCN were related to parking and riding on the bus lane. Not sure what I should do or where I should start?

Any help is much appreciated

S

If you apply at NCS, the date of your appointment is the application date. If you apply online, the date of submitting and paying online is the application date.
