My AN application was refused for the reason that the home office letter requesting mote documents ( which I have them ) was not replied , the fact is i didn’t recive the letter at all .
However I need the home office to return back the original test crt of life in the U.K. ( I have applied through NCS and they toke copies of everthing just this doc they send the original )
Can I request this crt from the home office to send it back to me as am going to apply using fresh AN form ? If yes then I think I can I use it again on my form ( or it’s valid only for one application regardless the result ) ?
I appreciate if some one senior or someone have experience to inlight me and guide me .

Do you have the copy? If so, you can apply again using the copy and declare that the original was sent to the HO in previous application but not returned. The UKVI has the record of your candidate number and test centre so they can locate you even you lost the life in the UK test result. No worries.

It is Home Office policy , they don't return LIUK test regardless result of application.

You always have to provide it original. Sorry ,you will have to re-appear in exam for fresh application.

Could you please confirm that and put the link for this policy , as far as what I know the HO office will keep the LIUK certificate only if the application was successful, otherwise they return it with the other documents
Could you please put he link so I could save time and set for another exam

Khurram545 , OP does not have to pass LIUK test again , he can send a covering letter alongwith a photocopy of the original , or might be able to get back original from UKVI.

The problem is I want to send my application through NCS and they only accept application with original LIUK , that’s why am confused and I don’t know what to do !

Explain the NCS original LIUK kept by Home Office , in most cases UKVI keep original LIUK test when applicants apply for ILR and for citizenship application they have to send only photocopy ....which is acceptable ....

Are you sure about that ? I don’t want to risk £1400!!

Just to update you guys , home office return back the original LUK certificate after I requested
