Sorry , you should not use same photo it is clearly mentioned when you get invitation letter or citizenship certificate .
"When applying for a British passport, the
photograph provided must be taken within the
past month. Therefore, the photograph submitted
with your citizenship application is unlikely to be
acceptable"
I got it with invitation letter in Citizenship ceremonies Guidance notes.

Thank you for your reply.
Please can you also confirm if I can return BRP cards for me, my husband and son in the same envelop??
Also, with regards to documents to be sent for passport:
1) Application form
2) 2 photos
3) Fees
4) Citizenship Certificate
5) Indian passport
6) Birth certificate for my son (not sure any toher additional documents for child passport)
Am i missing any document? Shall i use the check and send service from post office or I can send it myself?
Thanks

No, you can't send the BRP cards to HMPO.
You need to send them to HO as instructed in the letter you would have received at your ceremony.

Sorry maybe I was not very clear.
I meant can I return the BRP to HO for all of us in same envelope.
I know passport application has to be sent to different address in separate envelop. But can you also confirm regarding my query on documents and check and send service.
Thanks

Yeah it should be fine. It will be good to send by a registered post so they sign when they receive it and keep your proof of posting save for few months in case they raise a query.
Thanks

Hi,
Yeah above documents are fine. Use check and send service and Post office will make sure that the forms are filled correct and you have submitted the required documents. You need a referee to sign the forms and a back of one photo of each applicant.
Thanks

2 Photos each , one photo should be countersigned by someone approved profession having British Passport. declaration form also have info of same guy.
When i called to HMPO helpline , they asked me to send all passports which had first entry to clearance even if that is cancelled.
if child under 12 . you need to sign
for child 12-15 , you and child also need to sign (two separate sign boxes)
for 16 , self signed by child
every document must be original , no photo copy is acceptable*
