i know the difference between FPN and PCN , but just came to my mind . last year i didnt sorn my car on time and had to pay a penalty to dvla .


paid them , no points/court involved .

would this be a FPN or PCN , i am so bad with keeping paperwork that i cannot remember what it actually said..

if it turns out to be FPN , can i go ahead with naturalisation application by declaring one FPN i ever had ?
