Dear Guru,

I am preparing to apply Naturalisation soon. I checked & realised my council HARROW does not has NDRS service. They only do NCS.

Closest to me is BRENT council who does NDRS.

I just to confirm if I can use BRENT instead of my own council? My address comes under HARROW council though.

Have you called the council, or just been to their website? As NDRS is quite new, they might just not have updated their website yet, so it might be worth calling them to check.

You can use any council to submit your documents, but they want you to attend the citizen ceremony in your local council unless you have a genuine reason why cant you attend a ceremony in your local council.

I submitted documents in different council but for ceremony i will be booking in my local council.

I haven't called HARROW council yet. I checked on their website. I will certainly call them & check as well.

If not I will use NDRS will another council & book ceremony at my local council.
