Dear guru's

I got ILR in feb 2018(my documents are with me)

my wife visa is still under processing (FLR M) ( passport and all documents are at home office)
my child born in UK 2015.

now i planning to applying british citizenship to my child.

my question is
1) can i apply Brtitish citizenship to my child with out having my wife passport
2) At NCS , will they ask both original passports?
3) I cant able to find fees section in MN1 form, how to pay fees?
