Hi, i need another advise please) im planning to apply for citizenship this august...I've got my permanent residence card of an eu family member but my husband has left me and he is back home now...in giude they say even if we are legally separated now we are still married for their purposes...so shall i tick "married" box and enter his details as my partner details then? And if im going to put his home address (not uk adddress) will they be suspicious and condider me not telling the truth? This is a bit confusing...because in the guide they say even if we are separated we are still married for their purposes? So i assume i need to give his details as my partner because we are still married? Please tell me if im wrong? Or it doesnt matter for them if im still with him or not?
Thank you very much!!

Legally separated sounds like divorce. Did you get a divorce in the UK?
There is no issue with giving the details of your ex-partner as it is required in the application, and withholding details may count against you under the "good character" requirements. You are applying in your own right and your ex has no say in this matter.

We are not divorced yet, it happened just recently that he left me. We will apply for divorse later
"1.15 indicate your marrital/civil partnership status by ticking the appropriate box. You are for our purposes married even if you are now legally separated" - that is what confused me...and the boxes are : single/never married, married or in civil partnership, unmarried partner, divorsed, legally separated, widowed or a surviving civil partner....so which box to tick then? By law im still married...
