i would be grateful if you could please guide me,

i am British Citizen through Naturalization , my children born abroad, however father of my children already give me custody rights before i moved to UK with my kids, later on father also came to UK as student and currently have no legal status , will my children's registration application effect ?

also does i need his consent ?

no you don't need his consent, if you are the sole guardian of your kid. But he will likely be found and questioned.
