Hi All,

I am in Uk from September 2009 and currently have ILR.

My ILR was granted on 27th September 2017.

My understanding is that I can submit citizenship application at earliest on 28th September 2018.

I am planning to use NDRS and JCAP.

I am applying through West minister council which says that " Your appointment will need to be within 10 days of the submission date."

Does it means that I am allowed to book any appointment date after 18th September 2018.

I am aware that you need to have ILR for 12 month. Where do they count the 12 months from? Is it the date when you book NDRS appointment or the date you submit your online application?

No, that is not what it means. It is within 10 days after applying and submitting online.

Date of application is the date you submit and pay online. This must be the full 12 months since ILR.

If you got your ILR on 27th September 2017 that means you can apply on 27th September 2018 not 28
