Hi all,

I understand naturalisation has quite different guidance comparing to ILR.

Therefore I am just wondering when you calculate the 90 days absence in the last 12 months, should you include or disregard the business trips?

Also should you include the days when you depart from and return to the UK to the absence?

All absences are included in the 90 days and 450/270 days. There is no differentiation between personal and business absences

To count absence days, same as ILR, you only count WHOLE days absence to get absence total.
