Passport application form

Post by abhijack » Fri Aug 10, 2018 8:16 pm

A couple of queries regarding passport application form:

1) What to put for the place of issue of Naturalisation certificate? - Home Office London or the place where I had the ceremony.

2) Is it okay to say I don't know the details of grandparents such as date of marriage and the exact date of births?

Thanks in advance.

1. Home Office London as it says on your certificate.

2. Yes. Grandparent details not required.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

An update...
Applied for the first passport after naturalisation on 11.08.18 and received the passport on 18.08.18.
Super quick service and I am impressed.

However, didn't get any update on the application for my wife which we submitted on the same day.
Just a bit worried as the countersignatory signature on her form touched/crossed the border on her application form.
