MN1 application query

I am planning to apply for naturalisation application of my 3 yrs old daughter. I have completed the most of the application with exception of the IDs of the child. In the checklist, HO asked to provide ID documents for the child. We are Pakistani citizens and for this reason my daughter is also Pakistani but I just applied her Pakistani ID card and we are waiting for it.
Do I need to provide the ID card to HO or birth certificate is sufficient as ID document?
