Good character requirement overstay.

Hi All
I overstay in UK from 2003 until january of 2009 on basis of a tourist visa and they catch me and remove me from UK then I arrive in my country in 31 of january of 2009, after I back to UK as Italian citizen in may 2012 and I got my EU permanent residence in june of 2017, As good Character requirement Can I Apply for British citizenship in february of 2019 without any problem?
