My Partner is UK national and my two kids are Uk national as well.

I have Just been Awarded an Indefinite Leave to remain through 6 Years Discretionary leave to remain route. My partner is British National as my two kids as well. How Long do I have to wait before I can apply for Uk Passport. Will it be standard 1 year or can I apply for it straight away. We are not married neither are registered civil partners. I have been in the country legally for 13 Years if that makes a difference.

You will need to wait 12 months on ILR before you can apply for Naturalisation (different to applying for a passport), as you are not married to a British citizen. You can only apply without waiting 12 months IF you are married to a British citizen. Being in the country legally for 13 years makes no difference.
