Asking on behalf of a friend please

- Filled Online Application Form
- Pending booking of appointment with NDRS and then payment of Online Fees

Need some help please with the documents. Attaching the following:
- Current passport
- Previous passport
- Life in UK Test Pass Letter (form did not ask for reference number)
- BRP for ILR
- reference declaration

what need to be added as:
- proof of living? can I add letter from employer or current council tax bill?

proof of english language. If your friend are EEA, also need employer letter to prove the absent from the UK.
