Online Naturalisation form

Hi,
Im in the process of completing my online form for naturalisation. I have a few queries:
1) It asks me for my immigration history and whether or not I attended biometrics for that particular application. I came on a Tier 4 and then followed by PSW, Tier 2 General and ILR. I don't remember any fingerprints taken as a part of my PSW which I applied in Dec.2010.What should be my response?
2) I'm planning to apply in mid september but Im required to travel to India for almost 3 weeks in October. Would that be ok?
