Online MN1 form - referees declaration

Hi all,
Unlike the paper form which has boxes for referees to sign, the online form doesnt. So where on the printed online form do they sign? Or the referees need to type up seperate letters and declare by signing on those letters? If so I assume the letters will need to have all of their details as entered in the online form?

Hi,
When you complete the payment, the referee form will be available for download. The form will have provision for signature.

Hi all,
I am applying to register my daughter's BC using the online MN1 form. I will post some questions which I find ambigous here. Appreciate your advice.
1. My child is 3 years old. So for this question " Have you lived at your current address for 5 years?" I should answer YES? because if I say NO it would ask for previous addresses.

When you get to Stage 4. Declaration, BEFORE completing and saving to go to the Stage 5. Pay section, it gives you the links and option to download and print your Referee Declarations.

I'm a little confused as the form/guide says write full name and DoB on the back of the photo.
- who is it to write? The applicant or the referee?
- is there any signature required? If so by who?
- whats the point of writing on the back of photo and then gluing it onto the form? Who can see anything there?

Either.

No. It doesn't ask for one!!

Mainly for if the photo separates from the form that it can be matched up to the correct application

Ok, so i have the forms filled by referees, photos are glued.
Whats next? What do i do with these forms?
