We just received our Tier 1 Ent. ILR and now applying for my 2 year old son's registration and passport at local council.

I am filling online form and have below queries:

1) Your nationality, country and date of birth :
He born in UK and he don't have any other nationalities, so what to put father's nationality as there is no other option.

2) About Referees : I printed the online form and realised that HO is asking child application: one referee should be professional. He is not going to the school so who can we put as a referee ? council Library worker will be ok ?

3) what about passport ? do we need fill any separate form ?

One more query, my son is 2 years old, 1) referee is British citizen Family friend. but we are having difficulty to find second referee, because he is still young for school, no council officers visiting,

I will appreciate if some one can suggest in this situation.
