been on holidays and found the ceremony invitation letter dated 8th of august!

trying now to book either public of private ceremony online but...will they confirm it?

I have no idea if they will allow it, if you have not made contact within the 21 days.

I was told by the council as long as I contacted the them within the 21 days, it doesn't matter when ceremony is booked, as long as it is within 90 days.

Hopefully someone will be in touch to confirm.

Try and call them and see what they say.
