Do the companies you work for have any sort of impact?

Hello,

Really impressed with this forum - thank you for creating it.

Does anyone know if the companies you work for have any sort of weight over your UK Naturalization Application ? I'm simply wondering if this sort of detail is even slightly relevant?
Taking an extremes example, assume we have 2 applicants - one works for small, neighborhood companies of max 10 employees and one works for national brands. Assuming all companies in this discussion are 100% by-the-book, do the actual companies one works for have any sort of impact? Considering this from all and any possible angles (good character, trusted, different background checks done by the companies, etc..)

I would really be curious to get your thoughts on this as I've yet to find any material on the matter.

I personally wouldn't expect it to matter that much but I reckon it has some sort of bearing as that would make logical sense. But then again I might be completely wrong.

Let me know your thoughts - and if possible substantiate with some sort of example

Cheers

You are wrong. It has no bearing or influence on the individual applicant needing to meet the requirements for citizenship.

Even applicants who have never worked in the UK have been successful with citizenship.
