Employment Tax Query - Not self employed

I am currently on ILR since Sep 2016 under Tier 1 General route and planning to apply for UKcitizenship next year. I have never been self employed during my stay in UK.

I have been employed for a company for around 1 week this year in August and after one week, I decided to leave the company as it was not suitable for me. However, as I was leaving after 1 week, I offered to take no payment and informed the company. They sent me a P45 after couple of weeks detailing my dates of employment ie 1 week and the total taxabale income for this period as 0.

Would this create any problem in my UK citizenship application with respect to any tax issue or raise any questions as to why there wasn't any money paid for this employment?

Thanks for the reply Archer1.

So my application cannot be refused on character and conduct grounds under paragraph 322(5) of the Immigration Rules, was quite confused whether this could be applied in my case
