Missing Doc-Naturalization certificate

Please i need suggestions and ideas.
I had recently applies for a british passport,which i have received but passport office has not returned my naturalization certificate. I have contacted them almost getting to a month n they keep saying they will get back to me that it shouldhv bn delivered. Its almost a month and they hv not gotten back to me
Any suggestions on what i can do ??sounds like they have lost my certificate of naturalization
