any idea when this is going to be implemented ? also what will happen to people who already cleared life in UK test and proved Language requirement as part of ILR

This was announced at the Conservative party congress, it's not been laid before parliament (unless it will be a statutory instrument). Also, the materials have to be developed, the service providers re-tendered, updated, trained, etc. In my view this is a post-Brexit feel good "nice to have" given to party members.

Possibly Home Office can set a date , if someone has already passed the Tests they can use before that date ...after that date people would need to pass again new updated Tests...not a good news at all...
