Calculating absences for UK Citizenship by naturalization

Hi,
I got my ILR on December 2017. I am planning to apply for citizenship by naturalization on December 2018.
With regards to the 450 days absences limit within the last 5 years, I was wondering where to start counting from, for the "last five years"

My immigration history is below.
  • First came to UK in May 2012
Went out of UK in April 2013, and came back to UK in April 2014 (total 1 year continuous absence)
    Received ILR in December 2017.
My question is
Since I was outside the UK on December 2013 (exact point from where the 'last 5 years' start for absences count), do I start counting for 5 years from March 2013 i.e. the last date I was present in the UK?

Apply for citizenship if you have indefinite leave to remain wrote:You must also:

prove you were in the UK exactly 5 years before the day the Home Office receives your application
...
Therefore, you cannot apply before April 2019.
