I have applied for passport at the time of Documents submission, paid 85 pounds.

How does it get sent, is it certified, signature required mail? If not, can I call them and pay for this? I don't want it lost or not delivered. Also, is it possible to ask them to send it to my work, where it will be signed for? Finally, how long does it usually take after the ceremony?

No one took signature when they delivered mine.

Usually you will receive it within 10-12 days after ceremony.

I'll answer my own question: I called them, they cannot change delivery address over the phone, but not to worry the delivery company will call/text and schedule a date/time when the passport is delivered and I will sign for it. Good luck to all !
