Under 18 (Tier2 dependant) skip ILR

Hello and thanks in advance for any comments.

I'm about to apply for my ILR using SET(0) 5-year route. My 5-year-old was born in the UK, and she holds a Tier 2 dependent visa. I read at https://www.gov.uk/apply-citizenship-born-uk/under-18 that
If you're under 18
You can register to become a British citizen if one of your parents did any of the following after you were born:
-became a British citizen
-got indefinite leave to remain in the UK
-got indefinite leave to enter the UK
-got a permanent residence document (if they’re an EU citizen)
-You must have been born in the UK and be under 18 when you apply.

My question is: is it valid to apply only myself for ILR, and after getting it, I'll immediately apply for her British citizenship.
I'm in doubt about her status once I got my ILR. Her current leave expires on the 27/02/2019. For example, if I'll get it on the 1st of January and apply on the 5th, what is her migrant status on the 2,3 and 4th January? Will she be on any breach that could jeopardise her citizen application?

Hope the above is clear, and again many thanks.

oops, sorry, I just read the FAQ Q3: I’m due to apply for ILR. Can I skip applying for ILR for my child?

Just leave it here for any other "post-before-reader" like me.
Thanks.
