Hi -The online application asks 'Have you been married or in a civil partnership before or had children with anyone other than the partner you are applying to remain with in the UK?'

I have one (adult) daughter with someone other than my spouse but if I fill out the details of her father, the online form requires a date for our marriage or civil partnership. We were never married/in any kind of partnership. If I don't fill out a date, the form won't let me proceed to the next question. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Unclear what form you are completing as you have posted in the British citizenship sub forum but you state the form mention "applying to remain in the UK".
