PR Return after Naturalisation Ceremony 2018 Help please

Hi everyone,
I attend my Naturalisation Ceremony on 3 Nov 2018 and m British Citizen now
just bit confused i am reading that i have to send my PR card back to HO if not i wil get fine 1000
i was None EEA and got PR through as a family member of EU national and HO issued me card look like this

which have a chip behind
i am reading on this website that i dont have to send bcoz i came thr EEa rules etc please help i av two days left to send it back
