Hello, I am a Jamaican national and my partner is from Slovakia. We have a son. Would my child be considered a British citizen and how would I go about applying for his passport. Another question is what documents would I need to provide?

Thank you

It depends if the child was born to an EU citizen before or after they attained PR.

Just being born in the UK doesn't always give automatic citizenship like the US for example.

Hello, my partner is practicing his treaty rights and has been working and living in the UK for 25 years. Does that mean he qualifies for permanent residence and will automatically qualify our child as a British citizen?
Any suggestions or comments will be helpful.

Yes, if he automatically acquired PR and did not lose it, prior to child's birth in the UK.
