British Citizenship : Good Character.

HI All
I have been to a speeding course in 2016 Sept. Do I have to mention in the applicaiton for citizenship ? Could any one tell me please?
I am planning to apply through NCS, had ILR since 2013 married to a BC.

Are you asking for yourself or someone else as you last posted your ILR was refused last year??
