ILR Received- Now Naturalisation of kids

Alhamdullillah today I have received my ILR through Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa route, Now planning to apply for naturalisation of my two kids
Kid 1- Born in UK - currently holder of pakistani passport- 4 years age
Kid 2- Born in UK - Currently no passport- 2 months of age
Whould there be any difference in both of the kid's applications or the same.
Am I correct to use MN1 Form for both of the kids.
Do we need original marriage certificate to send with documents or the photocopy is sufficient.
There is a question in online application
Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?
Its confusing me.
Your help in this regard with be highly appreciated
