Why not simply phone the number available on the Internet??? They are actually helpful.

Thanks for the reply.
I actually wanted to send them my Naturalisation Certificate to show that I have done my ceremony.
Their web form does not have the option to upload documents, and the phone wouldn't help in this as well.

If you applied using JCAP, there is nothing you need to do or send them.
They will get notified that you attended your ceremony by HO.

I have £802 on the line. My tickets to the USA are booked for 25th December. I am so stressed that I might lose the money. (Non-refundable)
My private ceremony is on 3rd December this Monday.

There is nothing you can do to speed it up.
Most get their passports within 1 to 2 weeks of attending their ceremony.
