Did anyone get British citizenship or PR application refused due to toiec, provided you are EU citizen or family member of EU citizen.

if by toeic issue you mean ,caught out by ukba for having used a f a k e certificate or a test taken by someone else other then applicant, this comes under deception..

it will not have issue with ILR i dont think so , but during naturalisation they will consider 10 clean years ( good character ) without deception or immigration offence ...

There were lots of people got their visa applications refused or delayed because they were victim of toiec. Lots of them were granted visas after court hearings or interviews. My question is to those people, if they successfully completed their PR or citizenship applications.

For PR application an English test is not required.
