FPN & Citizenship Application

Dear Moderators and Expats
I am in a process to make my citizenship application by coming February. to do so, i have to make sure whether i am qualified on Good Character.
I got my first driving licence in 2013 and the same year i caught by the cops and issued a FPN for driving a vehicle without 3rd party insurance. I had and paid £200 fine and 6 penalty points. also cops said i will be loosing my licence because of a a new driver having licence within 2 years.
few weeks later police return my driving licence with 6 points endorse on my counterpart. i never received any letters from DVLA by saying my licence been cancelled or requesting to return then licence back. later i changed my address several occasions but new counter part doesn't endorse any penalty points. my licence always clean until today. In my case i hope the FPN department got forgot to inform the DVLA.
Again, In 2016 i had a FPN for speeding in motorway and i sat for a speeding awareness course. moreover i had 2 or 3 parking fines in 2014 and 2015 and 1 or 2 parking fine in 2016 but completely forgot the dates and numbers of fine as i haven't got any records.
In this case am i qualified for citizenship application ?
second do i need to declare the first FPN ? and second FPN as i sat for awareness course
third, do i need to declare all my parking fines as i have no idea about the numbers and dates ?
Appreciate for your valuable advise and many thanks
