Naturalisation

Hi,
I had an enquiry please.
I had my ILR in May 2018.I am eligible to apply for naturalisation May 2019.
I had 2 parking tickets from a private company that I paid for straight away in June 2018.
Another one from same company that I have appealed against and awaiting outcome November 2018.
I also had a speeding ticket (doing 29 in a 20 speed zone) in September 2018. I have attended the speed awarness course for that.
My questions are:
1. Are thise declarable offenses for the naturalisation application?
2. If they are, would they affect the outcome of the application or not?
3. If so, would applying 12 months after the latest fine rather than when am due which is 6 minths from it make them dismissable?
Please advise.
Many thanks
Kindest regards
