Online application & NDRS

Hi ,
I have made my online application and actually made an NCS appointment.
The problem is I have been told that online application forms can only be processed by NDPR instead.
However when I search on https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... onality-an , I cant find any information related to NDPR.
I have also noticed that cached web site states that NDPR is no longer available from 30th of November : https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/ ... clnk&gl=uk
I am quite confused . Could you help in this one ? Shall I call councils one by one if they do NDRS or is there a new system ?
