British Passport for EU nation child

Hello guys!

I need some advice. My partner doesn't work since we have kids. She's taking care of them. We want to apply for British passport for second daughter (first one has it already). How can we prove we are settled here, if she hasn't got P60 for the period she didn't work? She left the job in August 2017. As far as I remember she will be "main applicant" as she is being a mother and we are not married.

Thank you in advance!

Oskar

If you are applying for a child passport, the child is the main applicant not the mother.

Is the father named on the birth certificate? Is the father an EEA citizen who exercised treaty rights in the UK for five continuous years and had acquired PR before the birth of the child? If not before the birth of the child, did he acquire PR after the birth of the child? Was the child born in the UK or abroad?

I am on birth certificate. Child was born in UK. I have few P60s missing, as my previous employers are not replying on my emails so for example I have one for 2012-13, 2013-2014, 2016-2017, 2017-2018
