Hi there ,

Currently i have my ILR , and hoping to apply for British Citizenship test ...
in the past - my ilr was application was rejected in the past for not disclosing a minor record ..

after appeal my ILR was granted

now my contemplation is -
1) am i right in thinking that i need not disclose my minor record now - as the rehabilatation period is complete and i need not disclose it anymore ?

2) should i declare in my citizenship application - that i was rejected a visa application in the past for not disclosing that minor record ...?

3) and please what are the time absence caveats for ilr to citizenship ?

Much obliged
thanks in advance

1) am i right in thinking that i need not disclose my minor record now - as the rehabilatation period is complete and i need not disclose it anymore ? As far as I understand the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act does not apply for naturalisation application, so offences should be declared -

2) should i declare in my citizenship application - that i was rejected a visa application in the past for not disclosing that minor record ...? see above

3) and please what are the time absence caveats for ilr to citizenship ? Have you studied the requirements?
