BC Referee check

Hi All
I am wondering if I can put these two forward as my referees:
* business owner of an online selling business (Not a director position nor a limited company)
* Credit Manager at/of a Limited company which is VAT registered (not a certified accountant though - hope this doesn't matter considering her title and the company has the right set up) - this would be my 'professional' reference
Both are over 25, British Citizens and have know me for way over 3 years and happy to give me their passport numbers
