MN1 application guidence

Hi,
I'm looking to register my son for UK citizenship based on MNI application through proving my residency in the UK from 1995-2002.
The application asks for my precise travel dates and absences. I don't have my passport from back then and have zero recollection of my travels and exact days I may have been away.
I'm planning to prove my residency through letters from my GP back then(with appointment records), dentist appointments and a letter from the school I attended.
My questions are:
A. What should I write in section 3.3 if I don't know my travelling dates?
B. Is the proof I have enough to prove my residency in the UK as a child back in 1995?
c. My son will turn 6 at the end of the month. If I apply before then, will he not need to register his biometric information?
I hope you can answer these questions since I can't find any answers elsewhere.
Thank you very much!
