Doubts with 'good character' requirements (do I have clean 10 year immigration history?)

Dear Gurus and everyone who can advise,

I finally saved £1330 to apply for BC and ready to submit the application. As I was reading numerous posts in this life-saving site I came across multiple cases of refusal due to breach of immigration laws in 10 year qualifying period. My nerves are shaking now regarding my own immigration history in the past 10 years.

I entered UK on 13/11/2007 on student visa valid until 08/12/2007
Applied for a student nurse visa on the 13/12/2007
Rejected on the 18/12/2007
Applied for a student visa on the 24/12/2007
Got the visa valid until 31/01/2009
Applied for a student visa on the 30/01/2009
Refused on the 05/11/2009
Applied for EEA familily member residence card on the 17/04/2011
Got PR on 28/08/2016

I am worried about the 2009-2011 period. When 2009 student visa got refused my solicitor lodged an appeal as I genuinely was studying but HO closed down that university and I lost £6000. I dont have any letters confirming this as the solicitor was receiving the correspondence. After about 8 months the solicitor's firm was closed down. I've never seen him again. Soon after my partner proposed to me and I got my EEA family member visa.

My question is was I staying illegally in UK for 1 year and half??? How do I know this? Do I call HO and ask this? Or shall I risk and submit the application? Maybe the fact that during past 6 years I've earned 2 Masters Degrees in prestigious UK universities and have a good job and daughter who is British will outweigh this negative fact...Please advise...

Many thanks in advance to everyone who can help

Did you marry your EU partner in the UK??

Yes, civil partnership in the UK

You will likely only qualify to apply for citizenship 10 years from the date of your civil partnership to an EU citizen in the UK.

The period of overstay will likely affect your application now and result in a refusal and loss of fee.
