Home Office Reference for Citizenship Ceremony

Hi All,
my application for British Citizenship has been accepted but, when i tried to register online to book it, the Home Office reference i've got is not accepted?
This is apparently a code with the first letter of my last name + a 7 digits number but all i have is a 9 digits code in the "Our Reference" field, a blank space in the "Your Reference"field and two numeric codes in the Poll/Cover Note No."
I have checked my Bio Metrics letter as suggested in another thread but there is no code there except the 9 digits one i mentioned above.
Has any of you experienced my same issue and managed to sort this out?
I found an old thread on this but with no update/solution on the issue, i hope some of you could help.
