Hi,

I am currently in the process of applying for UK naturalisation and have a question about the online form.
Under the section ' Previous applications' - Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad? (Required).

Does this includes my previous application for visa and the indefinite leave to remain?

Many thanks.

Good afternoon,

I will add my question to this thread - If I am EEA and when came to UK in 2010 I had to apply for Worker registration Scheme certificate, does it being classified as Immigration documents?

Also, my non-EEA husband is currently on Residence Permit based on being married to EEA (me). In the online question 'Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?' I assume I need to answer 'Yes'?

Please advise.
Many thanks.

Ah, and one more silly question: Family name (in case of married woman) is the maiden surname or after marriage surname? I am not sure in case of filling in details of my mum is her maiden name or after marriage surname?

Thank you!!

Yes, all applications.
Dear CR001,

I have submitted my application 2 weeks ago and attended the biometric last week.

My question is when I completed my online application, I ticked ‘NO’, I have extended my visa and ilr as well. Do I need to send them any letter?

Please let me know.

Thank you,
SR
