MN1 Online Form for baby born in the UK

Hello,
I would like to start with MN1 form for my daughter too, but I'm confused with one thing. Please tell me did you apply for ILR for your baby? Is it necessary for MN1 form?

Hi
If any of the parents are granted ILR settlement visa. Baby under 18 years needs to register as British citizen directly through MN1 application.

Thank you for your respond.
I'm Polish and I've got my settlement status automatically after 5 years. I will start with MN1 form and let's see how many question I will have

ILR is for non-EEA citizens ONLY, given you are Polish so I assume you have PR.
Your child does not need 'settled status or PR' as he/she is entitled to be registered as British citizen.

Zimba thank you so much for the information.
I’ve got incorrect information from the immigration advisor. He told me that I need to make my daughter PR before MN1 form. But I read a lot about this here and I never found anyone doing PR or ILR for the baby so I wanted to make sure.
