Dear member,
I have 2 questions and it may be very important to know regarding penalty from Dvla for late licensing my vehicle, do i need to mention in the naturalisation form.

1. late licensing penalty for my car.
2. driving on bus lane (both penalties have been paid immediately).

both penalties have been paid immediately, without any action from them, my questions is that do i need to mention in the AN1 form

Many thanks

Yes, mention those, it's not normally an issue.

Thank you for your quick reply,
i did not mention these when i applied for my ILR, as this is not part of form of criminal convictions, i don't want to give them further unnecessary details which is not relevant.
is that be ok? you may have come across if someone got rejected for not mentioning it?

Many thanks

Dear Sir
thank you, yes it mention that driving and parking offences, but it did not mention you need to mention penalty fines, as it is just penalty not FPN or PNC, not convictions, have anyone have refused due to not mention this?

It says "such as..." so only given an example. As previously said there is normally not an issue with disclosing. However, if you don't they may use it against you on ground of "good character", i.e. no disclosing.
